PAYMENT
Two payment options are available, creadit card and direct bank transfer.

CREDIT CARD through PayPal
Make your payment securely and safely through the most reliable payment processing agent on the net,
PayPal. All payment transactions occur on PayPal website. Your credit card information is NOT passed to us.

PayPal accepts almost all of major credit cards, VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER. etc.

Paying through PayPal is a free service for a buyer.

WIRE TRANSFER
An option for payment is wire transfer from your local bank direct to our bank account. Just contact a bank counter in your area and let them know you wish to make a transfer via SWIFT.

To make payment by wire transfer, just click BANK TRANSFER button on your checkout. This option requires you to place an order by email. After checkout, you will be provided with Summary Order message. The Summary Order message includes the order number, the items you order, the quantity, shipping details, and the total amount you have to transfer. The end of the message is our bank account details e.g. account name, account number, bank name, and bank SWIFT code.

What you have to do is to transfer the total amount stated to our bank account. Then copy and paste the order message into the email to us saying that you have transfer the money.

Once we get your both your message and your transfer, a confirmation/receipt email will be issued to you and your order is shipped.


RELIABILITY
Located outside of the USA, 9SilkScarf.com is not qualified to get BBB online Certificate. Neither we want to trick you with some 2nd-class reliability certification. If you are new to 9SilkScarf online store, the only thing we can do to prove ourselves is our first-time service to your order.

Order Status web page exclusively for your particular order. See sample. You can login this page to view all chronical details about the progress of your order. You can even post inquiry messages right on this page and we will reply. All communication will be recorded here where you can follow up whenever you want - until you get the shipment.

Your personal data and email address are kept with us confidential. We DO NOT distribute it to any party no matter what reasons. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Merchandise is shipped from Bangkok to any destinations over the globe. We provide three options for international air-borne to-door shipping. All of them require recipient signature. Please make sure some particular person standing by at your shipping address.

In case of no recipient, the courier service will either call or leave you a note. You might have to pick up your order by yourself.

SPS (default)
SPS, Small Packet Express Service, is recommended. The service fee is substantially low. However, it requires more few days for delivery. Operated by ordinary worldwide network of postal services, SPS is reliable and is the best value comparing with other shipping services.

However, due to its packet weight limit (2 kg.), your order might be sent in several packets. Generally, it take 17 scarf+necklace combos to fill up 2 kg or 25 pieces for plain scarves without necklaces.

SPS is default shipping method. If no other delivery system is chosen or specify, the order is shipped by the low-cost SPS.

EMS
Express Mail Service, this optional service is operated by Postal Service with cost lower than DHL while maintaining the promptness of the delivery.

DHL
With DHL courier service, your order will generally be at your door in 1-3 days for most Asian countries, 3-7 days for Europe and North America, a bit longer for South America and Africa. However, the cost is relatively high.

We will provide you with a DHL Tracking Number with which you can track the shipping status in realtime through DHL website.

CUSTOMS DUTY / TAX
We cannot be responsible for customs duty, V.A.T., or any other tax assessed on your order by the destination country. Please let us know if you have special instructions that you wish us to follow in order to minimize the risk of customs scrutiny as the package enters your country.


RETURN
Our merchandise is satisfaction guaranteed. We are glad to refund or exchange any pieces of merchandise or the whole order with no question asked.


INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Email us, sales@9SilkScarf.com, with subject "RETURN" within 7 days from the day it reached you door. Please state clearly whether you wish to refund or exchange the ordered items - specifying your ORDER NUMBER and the CODE(s) of item(s) to return.

We will reply you with our return address.

2.
Send it (them) back to us in the original condition by a to-door POSTAL air-borne shipping service. DO NOT use courier services e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS which requires us to pay customs duty. Write your ORDER NUMBER on the outside of the box.

3.
Email us the date it was shipped. Again, please include your ORDER NUMBER in this email.

The item(s) must be at the front desk of our return address within 21 DAYS from the day it reached you door.

We will refund the entire amount minus the shipping & handling cost right after we got the returned package at our front desk.



EXCHANGE
Our merchandise is satisfaction guaranteed. You are free to exchange any item(s.)

Just follow the same procedure under the RETURN section above except that replace the word "RETURN" with "EXCHANGE". As well, provide code(s) of the item(s) to exchange for. You are free to exchange for any item(s) with equal or lower price.


REMARKS & AGREEMENTS
We require that you have read and accepted what described below thoroughly before you order.

ZIVA handmade products are NOT CREATED TO MEET ANY INDUSTRIAL STANDARDS.

COLOR DEVIATION
The colors of products shown might be slightly different from actual ones as to the deviation nature of hand-made products. They are created one-by-one by different artisans with old-style gradation-dye technique using natural colorings.

Also, deviation of colors normally occur either in photo taking process or users' monitor displaying.

Using natural colorings from vegetable, ash, or mineral, colors are not as permanent as chemical dye. Part of colorings may dissolved into their first wash. Separate wash is highly recommended.


UNSTEADY TEXTURE
ZIVA products are created by hands one-by-one with traditional equipment. Knots and breaks on silk yarns are normally found. The distances between yarns are always unsteady. These are the signature of hand-woven Thai silk. The products are intentionally created for persons who appreciate the beauty of natural disorder.

We would not recommend ZIVA village-made products to ones who consider these COLOR DEVIATION and UNSTABLE TEXTURE as "defects" rather "aesthetics" nor to ones whoe are looking for standardized/industrialized products.


AGREEMENTS
In spite of the above remarks, you are free to
exchange or return any unsatisfactory ZIVA products. We are glad to refund those unsatisfactory goods with no question asked.

However, you accept on your ordering that you will not, for any reasons, do any chargeback on your credit card for item(s) ordered from 9SilkScarf.com. You agree that the chargeback after the order is shipped is considered as a fraud. A chargeback is the act of denial to pay for a particular item charged on your credit card.


B2B
9SilkScarf.com welcomes all trading partners who wish to place wholesale order ZIVA products. We are looking for either online and offline retailers.

SAMPLE POLICY
Prosperous wholesale buyers will periodical receive complimentary samples of newly-released items from us for free of charge.

Though we do not send samples to new-comers, serious wholesale buyers can buy sample sets now and get the amount, excluding the courier cost, deducted from their first wholesale orders later.

In this case, we request that the quantity of the first wholesale order must not be fewer than 50 pieces. Neither the total amount is lower than ten times of that of the sample order. We allow the several retail orders accumulated into a complete wholesale one.

To be a wholesaler and buy a sample set is easy that a buyer simply just order scarves just like an ordinary buyer does - adding that he/she informs us by email that he/she wish to be our wholesale buyer. Do include the Order Number in the email. We will open a wholesale account for you and all of your transactions are recorded.
